Positive Effects of Combat Sports
INTRODUCTION
Combat sports, like all other sports have many positive affects. Like many other sports there is no concrete proof that combat sports are better than other sports and exercise. Nonetheless, combat sports and their workouts are very effective way to get in shape.

Affects

Cardiovascular Health:
Combat sports require a lot of stamina since some fights can last for a really long time. Cardio is important because it protects you from heart disease, burns calories, and lose or maintain your weight. Cardio is enhanced by putting stress on your heart and lungs enough to make beneficial physiologic adaptations to support the higher level of physical activity. The 'combat' in combat sports does not make a difference in cardiovascular health.

Weight Loss Problems:

Combat sport workouts are one of the most effective, concise ways to get in shape and maintain your physical health. Combat sports workouts consist of many compound exercises, such as push ups and crunches.
Compound exercises are the best exercises to lose weight since they burn the most calories.
Many boxers looked to combat sports for both mental and physical health. For example, Tyson
Fury was facing many problems after taking a break from boxing but after his comeback he
completely changed his life. Fury has lost an incredible 130lb over the last 12 months, which is
approximately 10 stones.

Decreases Stress:
Almost any kind of physical exercise can reduce stress levels. Physical exercise increases endorphins, boosts mood, works as a form of meditation, and improves sleep. All of these are methods of reducing stress. Combat sports are great sports and methods of reducing stress. Combat sports are very intense physical exercises that don't give you enough time to think about problems in your life. In other words, while playing combat sports all you think about is your opponents and the fight; you cannot think about stressful things, like your final exam or your job.
